During my dental education, I received numerous awards and recognitions, including the Dean’s Gold Medal. - Samantha, Dental Hygienist
I always knew I would work in health care, and I decided to pursue dental hygiene because I wanted the opportunity to build relationships with my patients. I relate to our patients a lot and putting them at ease comes naturally to me. Being able to chat with patients is meaningful to me. I love hearing about their latest milestones, travel plans, and anything else they want to share with me.
To me, health care is about caring for the whole person. Everyone on this team is not only a fantastic person, but they’re also very competent and skilled in their work. Between our amazing team and incredible patients, we always seem to maintain positive energy here.
Your oral health is a big part of your overall health, and our patients deserve access to the care they need. I love watching patients walk away from their appointments feeling confident, and being a part of this positive moment makes me feel accomplished in my work.
I know a dental hygiene visit isn’t at the top of people’s desired to-do list, but our patients are pretty excited when leaving with clean, healthy teeth.

When not at the office, I like spending time with my family, going for bike rides, camping, fishing and doing photography.

I have been a dental assistant since 1992 years and have worked with Dr. Kay since 2008. I love working in a specialty practice because it enables me to learn so much more about the field and see such a wonderful change in patients from the time they come in for the initial consultation to the final outcome when the treatment is completed.
In my spare time I enjoy rock climbing, baseball, skiing, exercising, and most of all spending time with my family and friends.

- Puja, Dental Assistant
I have been in the dental field since 2019. It makes me happy to be able to help patients in any way I can-- may it be to make their appointments less nerve-racking by answering their queries to the best of my knowledge or simply to put a smile on their face. Seamless patient flow throughout the day is very important to us and I, together with the other staff, ensure that patients don’t wait more than they have to upon arriving in the office.
Outside work, I love reading books, dancing, playing badminton and spending time with friends and family.
